Albums require approximately 6-8 weeks to produce (not
including shipping). During this time, we are unable to provide any other details
other than your order is being manufactured. We are not able to provide ship
dates as we do not have those prior to receiving orders from the manufacturer.
If we have any questions that may delay your order or affect the status, you
will be contacted by email. This time is approximate and varies with the demand
on the manufacturer at the time of your order.
We only accept online orders. Payment methods include
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit and debit cards are
Payment for items is processed prior to ordering any and all items from the
manufacturer. Becaue these are not stocked items, they are all special order
and must be paid for prior to beginning the order.
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. Orders go immediately
into process and cannot be cancelled with manufacturers.
Product Images & Your Computer
Each and every computer monitor displays differently.
Colors of images will vary on each monitor. Images of our products are accurate
when we post them, but may appear differently on your monitor depending on your
settings. For this reason, you acknowledge that the images on your monitor may
vary from the actual product due to your monitor settings being beyond our control.
Color differences between your monitor and the actual product are not deemed
as defects or basis for product rejection.
Any damaged shipment must be brought to our attention and confirmed by us within
10 days of the shipping date. Damaged items are replaced with new items. Refunds
are not available for damages.
We ship regularly to the U.S., U.K., Canada, and many European countries. If

No items qualify for return due to their custom nature of being ordered from
the manufacturer specifically for each customer. Manufacturers do not accept
returns and WeddingAlbumDepot.com does not warehouse unwanted orders.
In order to provide each customer with the best shipping options,
our website provides individual shipping costs for you during checkout BEFORE
you commit to the order. Rates are displayed according to what is in your shopping
cart (used to calculate weight) and where the order is being shipped. This allows
you to review the costs and choose the service that is best for you... all before
If expedited delivery is offered, it defines
the length of time a package is in the shipping company's possession after
it leaves our location and arrives at your location. Selecting such
a service does alter the processing time of the order or imply an order
ships on the date it was placed. The delivery service you select will
be used after any order processing or production periods required for your order.
Damages to Orders During Shipment
If items are damaged during a single shipping,
notification must be made to us within 7 days of the receipt date as logged
by the shipping service's tracking. Items will be exchanged for the same item
unless it is no longer available. In such case that there are no exact replacements
available, the dollar amount of the item will be refunded to the customer. If
the item is still current, we will happily replace the item.
WeddingDepotAlbums.com relies on the tracking information of our shipping companies
to determine if packages have been delivered. If a shipping service system indicates
delivery and you have not received your package, we will utilize tracing services
of the shipping company to locate the package before any additional replacement
shipments can be made. This process is usually completed in 7-10 business days
and the customer agrees to this process when they place their order. If the
package cannot be located by the shipping company, replacements or refunds can
be pursued at that time.
Denied or Refused Delivery
If any shipment from WeddingDepotAlbums.com
cannot be delivered for any reason (including but not limited to),
- It being refused by the customer at the time
of attempted delivery
- If there are not sufficient recipients at the
delivery address allowing for delivery of the package
- Insufficient address provided to us
the customer is responsible for 100% of the original
shipping fees as well as any return shipping fees by the shipping company.
Some delivery companies charge for return shipments just as if it was a new
shipment. If the order is to ship again per a customer request, the original
shipping fee will again be applied as it was originally on the first shipment
assuming the contents remain the same. If orders are refused by the customer,
they accept responsibilty for the return transit to us which includes loss and/or
damage incurred along the way. For this reason, we highly recommend shipping
to an address where there is a person to receive it.
Each country may impose import taxes or VAT (value added taxes) on their residents.
These amounts are not collected by us. If your country selects to impose this
sort of tax, it is between that country and the customer. The country will bill
or collect that tax amount from the customer directly.
